So swiss roll number two, again, just use any basic swiss roll recipe for the sponge. My filling was patisserie cream with strawberries and decorated with strawberries and blueberries on top.
Notice how the "rabbits" look like something out of a horror movie?? This was one of my failed attempts at piping designs onto the sponge :P I had to try and rescue it by decorating it melted chocolate, it still looked horrible but at least it tasted good!
