This week's loaf is a sultana bread. This is a very light-textured bread with custard powder in the recipe which gives it that nice golden colour. As the name suggests it is a sweet bread so it's ideal for breakfast. Or if you're like me, it will do equally as well at lunch slathered with some peanut butter.

Pumpkin Tempura
One thing I love eating is tempura (or anything deep fried for that matter), but what makes tempura more yummy? Yep pumpkin tempura!

Passionfruit and Chocolate Tart
My first attempt at proper tart making, this one has a chocolate flavoured tart base, filled with a layer of chocolate and a layer of passionfruit. This was quick and easy to make and it disappeared just as quickly as well. Passionfruit in any type of dessert is a major plus for me!
Hmmm, I really need to brush up on my photography skills!

Strawberry and Strawberry Flavoured Chocolate Swiss Roll
Swiss Roll number 4 is made of strawberries (again) and strawberry flavoured chocolate buttons. The filling again was strawberries and cream.

Strawberry and White Chocolate Swiss Roll
Swiss Roll number 3 is of the strawberry and white chocolate variety. The filling this time was just cream and strawberries. Once again, this was a failed attempt at piping patterns onto the sponge and so this is an attempt to make it look nicer!

Strawberry and Blueberry Swiss Roll
So swiss roll number two, again, just use any basic swiss roll recipe for the sponge. My filling was patisserie cream with strawberries and decorated with strawberries and blueberries on top.
